I pressured cook it for 20 mins Make sure the gosht is tender pro max When its tender then add thoda sa Oil and crushed kaali mirch (andaza se) Oil daal k bhoon'na hai thoda sa U can add some yakhni n garlic n onion paste as I did Then foil paper mein daal k oven mein thoda sa roast karna hai 10 to 15 Make sure foil paper is properly closed. NAMKEEN GOSHT IS READYYYYYY...
