Overturning roe V. wade was a correct legal decision. The idea that the right to an abortion was found in a right to medical privacy was legal fiction not even backed up by the court. Because if a woman has a right to medical privacy in the 1st trimester she also had it in the 3rd trimester so any laws regulating abortion should have been invalidated. I wish there was a legal tradition of honoring women's right to an abortion for the court to look at and say that it's an uninterrupted unspoken right but abortion unfortunately has flip-flopped in legality over the years. I think a woman should have a right to choose. But frankly that is a job for congress to pass a law or better yet an amendment enshrining this right in the constitution. But instead we've had multiple opportunities where democrats have had control of the government to do this and they just chose not to.
