I pushed like that, baby came out plenty quick, but also got a 3rd degree year with an 80th percentile head. Head was very round and pretty though.

i saw a tiktok saying, hold your thumb and pinky finger and then do breathing and u feel it in the lower abdomen and it does work .. the thing u r teaching is also so helpful... lets see i am due August 25th and taking notes. thnx mama
