@middlegroundscoffee___: Lately I’ve been realizing that no matter how hard I work, there’s always something I’m behind on. Maybe the shop is stocked but my emails are piling up. Maybe I’m keeping up with social media but haven’t touched a project I’ve been meaning to finish. Maybe I’m doing great in one area and completely neglecting another. I think a lot of business owners feel this way, but we don’t talk about it because we’re all busy comparing our weaknesses to someone else’s strengths. The reality is that most of us are wearing ten different hats and just trying to do our best. I’m learning that being a business owner isn’t only about time management and productivity. It’s also about having grace with yourself when you can’t do it all.
