@justahumblecook: This is how I make gochujang jjigae! A rustic, homey, easy, filling korean dish. If you want to make it a little spicier, you can always add sliced chilis and I also know some people who season it with soy sauce instead of using salt! I would also usually put a dash of sesame oil to finish, but since the ssamjang had sesame oil in it, I left it out :) Ingredients Dashi or Water Pork Belly, Pork shoulder, or Pork ribs! Gochujang (korean red pepper paste) Doenjang (Korean soy bean paste) or Ssamjang(condiment usually used for grilled meats) Garlic Green onions Zucchini Potato Tofu Sesame Oil Salt or Soy Sauce for salinity Hon-Dashi Fresh Chili for spice(Optional) Sugar (Optional) #cooking #food #korean #recipe #howtocook
