The sugar combined with the amount of carbs in the rice immediately cancels out any weight loss..so there is no secret to losing weight like you are saying out of that plate.. If you add rice in a plate, make sure there is fibre and protein and zero sugar, zero oil..

That’s much more than 500 cal that’s probably closer to 900 the oil and the butter alone was probably 300 cal the chicken was probably about 400 then all the seasonings and sauces plus the rice
