I feel like something similar was going to happen to me, I fell asleep listening to a subliminal playlist and a character in my dream was going to start asking me abt shifting/my shifting journey, I could just know in my dream that that conversation was going to be important, but my parents woke me up before the character had a chance to even start 😭😭😭

okay i remember having a false awakening/sleep paralysis dream where a shadow version of myself was whispering gibberish loudly in my ear. i subconsciously was purposely trying not to listen to it which is why it sounded like that i think idk it just freaked me out and i was trying to ignore it and listen to my own breathing (and it was after a failed shifting attempt too😭)
