@animalwelfareguy: Call came in for a dog biting a citizen after it ran up while he was walking his dog. The unfixed male ran up from down the street and bit his female dog and when the reporting party tried separating the male from his dog, the shepherd bit him. Ultimately a citation was signed and the owner picked their shepherd up after paying a fine and only after being fixed by the shelter. #animalwelfare #animalrescue #animalcontrol #dog #animals
