The reason we don’t have Pennywise because Stephen King said it himself he doesn’t want his work in other forms of media besides his own work. He mades acceptation here and there through media references, but a game like dbd where they would have to tweak Stephen’s work to fit Pennywise into the lore is something he’s not cool with
