And what they fail to further explain is that every PM change brings multiple cabinet reshuffles which always brings about chaotic policy changes. This affects a lot of government projects and also affects the civil service who are constantly pivoting every time new ministers and policy makers change. No wonder things have become so chaotic in the UK as a whole.
