So glad you had so much fun traveling US. For a lot of Americans we work at least five days a week. Depending on your employer, how much vacation time you you get varies greatly. And also the cost of living impact travel plans. If you didn’t go to the south next time you come to America visit the southern states.

American here, the farm home didn't have AC until 2 yrs ago. Uncle finally broke down and got it. 😁 Our local grocery store isn't huge like Walmart or Costco, thankfully. I'm very rural, nearest town to me has a population of 101 people. 😂 My township has a population of 14. 😊

I don’t take AC for granted. Went a whole summer without it, and it was 110 every day. Never cooled below 85 at night. SO grateful to have it.

As someone who has visited Wales several times I am always surprised by the tiny curvy roads that sometimes I swear are more like a sidewalk than a road! Also living without a proper dryer for clothing would be challenging for an extended period of time. Other than that I love the Welsh and enjoy visiting and always feel so welcomed 🏴🥰🏴
