I haven't been to Sedona yet, but I definitely resonate with what you're saying. I've heard how powerful the energy is there and how many people feel called to it during major life transitions. Four years of integration is a deep journey, and I agree that we're all meant to experience things in our own way and in our own timing. It does seem like many empaths are being called to new places, new chapters, and even new lands right now.
