My doctor advised that light yoga is fine but anything that will help open my pelvic floor more to wait towards the end of pregnancy so 35+ weeks

I did these my entire pregnancy with my son. Still got a second degree tear but I healed quick! Had him in one contraction. I have not been consistent this pregnancy but I’m 33 weeks and starting pelvic floor exercises so I’m hoping i can still benefit from some stretching
