Wait, how does this work please?
Because if your original maintenance calories was 2000, then you started the deficit and began to eat at 1800, doesn't that become your new maintenance calories? So wouldn't the diet break just mean you're doing the same thing as usual? before you decrease it even further to 1600?

I got back from a 3 week vacation on Friday. I gained .4lbs and as of this morning I’m down 4.4lbs. Weight loss has been slow since January and the scale is moving again! The break was very good for me. 2lbs away from my goal 😃.

Do you have a specific website you use to calculate maintenance calories? Every website has a different results. Sometimes varying by 500 calories

ugh I was doing so well . but I think I need someone that's a medical professional tho .. I feel like I can't control my BED .. I lost 50 lbs and I started to feel less and less in control and now I'm doing sooo well during the day and b!nging right before bed . I'm not hungry in the slightest because I do so well on protein and fiber . I just wish I could afford a medical professional to help me .. 😔

I hope watching your videos helps me girl. I have been using my fitness pal counting calories and making sure im below everyday. I have went from 225 to 210 since may 28th till now. I want to be below 200 by August 14th but my main goal is 160. wish me luck!
