@nonna_netta: Nonna’s Sauce for Lobster Pasta! 🦞 Pasta w Lobster for 5-6 People INGREDIENTS: 3 fresh lobsters, steamed (cut tails in half, take meat out of claws and knuckles, and chop in chunks) 1/4 C. butter 2 tb. olive oil 4 tb. parsley garlic pesto 1 ts. hot pepper flakes 1 ts. salt 1 ts. pepper 1 shallot, chopped 1 C. wine 2 or 3 paks fresh pasta 2 or 3 tb. butter (for tossing) Fresh parsley (for garnish) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. To make sauce: In a 12-inch skillet, put butter, oil, hot pepper flakes, chopped shallot, parsley garlic pesto, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the lobster meat and tails. Stir for a minute, then add the wine. Keep warm while you boil the pasta. 3. Drain the pasta, add 2 or 3 tb. butter, and toss. 4. Add the sauce with lobsters, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and eat!
