Cinnamon peach loaf🍞🍑 Ingredients: - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp - 2 large eggs, room temp - 2 tsps vanilla - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + 1-2 tbsps of flour - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/2 cup whole milk - 1-2 peaches, thinly sliced Cinnamon swirl - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 2-3 tsps cinnamon Glaze - 1/2 cup powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsps milk Directions: - Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper - In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. - In a small bowl, mix the sliced peaches with 1-2 tbsps of flour until they are coated. Set aside. - In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes. - Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Gradually add the dry mixture in. Slowly add in the milk and once the batter comes together, scrape the sides of the bowl. Fold in the peaches. - Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar filling on top. Swirl it in with a knife. Repeat with the rest of the batter and filling. - Bake for 65-75 minutes. The top of the loaf will be cracked, raised, golden brown in color, and firm to the touch. A toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf should come out clean once ready. - Let loaf cool, then top with glaze (just mix the powdered sugar and milk until it reaches your desired consistency)!
