I'm following along I do all the breathing and the relaxing and try but I don't know if am I supposed to stay conscious the whole time or I mean what is the definition of hypnosis I mean am I supposed to become unaware of what's going on for that brief moment I'm just I'm lost but I feel better afterwards the first time I followed one of your things like this I found 20 bucks and one five same day I just don't understand hypnot hit hypnosis
