Thats not the strongest knot at all. Any knot that goes through the swivel, only once, is 50% less strong.

i use a palomar for most, if its an expensive lure i use the palomar and clinch together

that is not an improved clinch fishing knot which is used for monofilament line and works very great however you cannot use that not with braided line you need to tie the uni knot or the Albright he is showing you how to tie you not in my opinion

I use a doubled up clinch knot which leaves two pieces of line around the swivel end and never breaks or pulls

you need four knots. palmor knot, uni knot, double uni-knot and a knotless knot use palmore with braid, use the uni for fluorocarbon and when you can't use a palmor. use the double uni knot to tie two lines together so small it can move through the guides. the knotless knot is the best to secure line to a single hook.
