No hate, but I’m pretty sure you got it backwards- a wide grip lat pulldown would bias the upper lats/outer region of the back. When the elbows move out to the sides, it reduces the amount of shoulder extension performed by lower lat fibers. Anything close grip would bias the lower lats like tucked elbow rows
