i love how clear it is that a woman wrote and directed this because it’s these little details about wes that women really care about—the way he listens without any prompting, the thoughtful gestures, that scene where he’s itching to hold her hand, the way he respects her so much professionally, “I know you don’t need a man jill, but I sure as hell need you” 😩🙌🏼
