Spritz with olive oil spray, sprinkle with sea salt, flip, and repeat for the other side. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Allow to cool and crisp up. In a large bowl, assemble the protein southwest mini salad kit with all inclusions, and toss/chop until scoopable in size.
