can we have this in lower ranks than master, the only people i have seen this happen are master and + but in my plat games when someone is blatantly trolling and even typing in chat i will make sure you dont win (today i had 2 such cases and 1 when he said ill go afk but ill move a little so i dont get banned and you still lose lp) riot just doesn't care
