@thealexpetrov1: The most important person is missing from your team meetings. Your customer. My team and I were debating whether we should implement a new system. We went over the pros ans cons and everyone had different opinions, and we couldn’t come to a conclusion. Until it struck me: Why don’t we just ask our clients what they think? I asked them: Would implementing this make your life easier? They unanimously said yes, absolutely. Just like that, problem solved. The opinion of the people who pay you is ultimately what matters and that guides your business decisions.
