Looking at that base/stand, generally speaking with post and beam construction you want more of the joists/beams sitting on top of the post for weight distribution. Your posts going up to the bottom of the tank with the joists screwed into the sides is ok but you’ll get more weight distribution blocking under the joists and beams.
