people calling the csm web art ‘rushed’ are kinda missing the point the web version isn’t a finished polished release it’s fujimoto’s raw weekly/digital output often with no assistants and minimal cleanup the volume version is where pages get refined backgrounds polished and compositions tightened it’s not worse vs better just two stages of the same work raw creative flow vs edited final form

TBH I think Fujimito is losing interest with CSM and just want to be done with it. The ending is basically what he said years ago about he watch a movie with abrupt ending with no explanation and plot holes and he find its beautiful despite the hollowness and he want to do such ending in the future and he did
