@muktigeria: Chili cheese toast turned into a dip because I got lazy — @Zheel Patel approved. I blended about a tub of @Good Culture cottage cheese until smooth, then mixed in about a third cup of finely diced red onions, a few Thai chilies, a lot of cilantro, and 2 tsp of chaat masala (Shan brand — be careful, it’s salty). Dumped it into a small Pyrex tray, shredded three blocks of amul cheese on top, and broiled until golden brown.
