i have idea for you please try some kind of fan to that holes under the MacBook so it can be more cooler and test it .

You should add a thermal pad on top of a heatpipe near the fan, I've done this and the temperature is 10°C cooler

in fact it works PERIOD. but... on some MacBook the air flow is passing by the motherboard, ram and mvme. this way you probably gonna get those components getting a little more temperature with the lack of the air flow after this "mod" (not too concerned)

If you want more fresh air flow make a gasket around the fan, this what the only fresh air will be sucked in

macbook pro 2019 with i7 cpu. i cleaned the laptop qnd replaced thermal paste with mx4 the cpu still hit 98c not even on full load

hice lo mismo cambie la pasta y abrí agujeros no justo debajo de los ventiladores sino un poco hacia un lado, puse ventiladores externos y ayuda bastante. Al menos al renderizar
