The first thing My Daddy taught me growing up in an Apostolic Pentecostal Church was energetic boundaries. A lot of possessed people would come in our church. And some of the visiting pastors were practicing Black Magic. They would force themselves laying hands on people. He taught me how to think loud enough ro be heard and how to extend my spirit as a boundary so they couldn’t even walk near me. It worked, still does.

try 2 I call it shields up (first attempt it said shelves, stupid phone). I taught my daughter when she was young be cause we attract all sorts even with them up. Sigh
