Also the gun, it wouldn't just be fingerprints. They would do a residue swab and find gunpowder on her hand but not Bear's. Meaning she fired it and he never did.

I mean the only way she could get out of this would be to say she was drugged and the drugs in her system made her go crazy. You could say Bear attempted to drug her to get her to sleep with him. The only problem is there would be no witnesses to Bear’s plan since both Bear and the other two are dead. There would be no tox screen for Nikki so that would be disproven as well. Bear really ruined this girl’s life all just so he could sleep with her, and in the end he took himself out just so he wouldn’t get any of the consequences. Death really was too good for him.
