@littleharvestmama: Easy quick pickled vegetables 🥕🥒🧅 10 minutes of prep for tasty pickled veggies to top on meals throughout the week. About $3 to make this big jar and a smaller jar for the rest of the onions that didn’t fit in here. Ingredients: Sliced veggies of choice 1.5 c water 1/2c white vinegar 1 tsp salt 1/2tsp red prepped flakes (optional) Directions 1. Bring to boil; water, vinegar, salt and any spices 2. While brine comes to boil, slice vegetables and add to jar 3. Pour brine over veggies 4.
