Season pork with salt and pepper 2. Dust pork with flour and tap off excess 3. Thinly slice onion and garlic; grate ginger 4. Mix grated ginger with seasonings 5. Sauté pork in oil over medium heat until browned 6. Flip meat, add onion and garlic, and sauté until tender 7. Add sauce and toss to coat for a while in low heat 💡 KEY POINTS: - In this recipe, we're swapping traditional Sake and Mirin for white wine and sugar in a certain conversion formula.
