I was at day 3 in Cincinnati and I believe your team did an amazing job. I once had a store manager ask me if I knew how I was doing a great job as a leader? You know because your team carries on seamlessly in your absence and it's like you weren't missing at all. You have lead and taught them well, Jesse. You can relax and breathe anytime you have other obligations and not worry about the shows being a success, because they will be.
