@nhcpng: NHC PARTNERS NDOW Through a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Department of Works and Highways and the National Housing Commission (NHC), the Works Department will upgrade the access road and drainage system at Duran Farm. In return, the National Housing Commission will allocate 50 allotments to the department under a government-to-government partnership arrangement.
