Florist of almost 10 years here... If the card isn't signed I'll call the sender to confirm they don't want it signed. On that same note, if they try to stay anonymous I will let them know if she calls asking who sent her flowers I WILL tell her. Stalkers and creeps are always a risk. This happened to me but with edible arrangements and my partner was not a controlling/abusive AH.
