ingat lang sa tuna/ canned tuna. pede naman talaga sya kaso sana wag araw- arawin kase una mataas sa sodium tho pede mo naman sya hugasan like what im doing para ma lessen sodium nya pero isa pang reason is yung high level of mercury nya na maaaring mag buildup sa katawan natin yon over the time. eating too much tuna all the time primarily puts you at risk for mercury poisoning and hindi yon biro or kung anu ano lang.
