Some parts of Philly have always flooded. My grandmother lives on Belfield when I was growing up and it ALWAYS flooded!

All from people not using trash cans or clearing debris from fall and winter. I know there’s more, but if you walk down the street in Philly, and there’s trash CLOGGING THE DRAINS! That go to the RIVER, that go to the OCEAN! I’m a mile from fishtown as the crow flys and am in Philly frequently. Those drains are so IMPORTANT and they do eventually lead back.
