Mine now all say shipped but when I click the tracking number it says USPS is still waiting for the package. Not to be dramatic but this is ruining my life 😭😭😭

In the UK, I ordered on 9 June and it arrived on 22 June so similar timing. I will not let it corRhode my relationship with Rhode, I love the ‘Rhode less travelled’ but I will never go ‘off-Rhode’ xx

I checked the tracking link last night that I was given for my order and the latest update says that my parcel had landed in Melbourne (where I’m located) yesterday on the 23rd. So I’m hoping that surely by the end of this week I’m going to have it 🤞

I don’t think they’re doing the orders chronologically from what I’ve been hearing. I ordered on launch day here in Australia (10th) around 6:30am, I got an email from Rhode saying my package was on the way on the 17th, and my last update on the 21st says that it’s in the air coming to Australia.

Im in Aus I refuse to use their website now. They didn’t send an order twice I had to follow up both times. I was patient and asked them to try again the third time that I’ll wait I still wanted the products and they refused and couldn’t tell me why. I don’t live rurally or anything. Was so upset with customer service. They couldn’t say why it couldn’t get to me. And genuinely if I changed my mind they didn’t leave me with any confidence that I even can order again.
