no it is not a foul. fouls can only occur by breaking the playing field, the lane, from the foul line forward. the left or right lane intrusion would fall under lane courtesy, which is not normally a rule in league.

The foul line extends wall to wall. Unless you cross that threshold even off to the side of the lane or even touch the wall beyond that line it is not considered a foul.

It is NOT a foul, the foul line runs up the wall, across the ceiling, down the other wall. as long as person doesn't touch the other side of the line it is not foul!!!! before the line means nothing
