I completely understand where you’re coming from, there are so many (me included) that really love your review videos. And you’re right! We are all adults. While I respect how you feel about a seller or their product, it’s still my money that I’ll be sending so I research them on my own. Speak to them about expectations for quality, time frame, etc. If people don’t want to do the leg work, then they really don’t have the right to complain & blame anybody else. It’s on them.

Beautifully said, girl! It’s sad that you had to even do a video about this. Just like people say with your children… you can’t compare them to others. No two mystery scoops are alike. And depending on what people order, it’s going to look different. I purchased two scoops and two bags from one of the vendors that you mentioned and I ended up getting a surprise third bag so obviously I got less scoop goodies. But I’m not even mad. I got an extra freaking bag! There’s always people that are trying to suck the fun out of these kinds of things. Keep your chin up. I think unfortunately this comes with the territory. Do I think you, myself, or anyone else should be blamed? No. Do I think doing reviews will cause people to reach out to you via dm? Yes. Because someone does reach out doesn't automatically mean it's to be rude or negative. I think feedback (especially private feedback) is necessary in order to help grow. Now, rudeness and disrespect should not be tolerated. No person should have to be bullied because of this, period. Block the ones who are rude and move on. I know before I make a public review especially “negative” review I reach out privately first because unfortunately one negative review can overshadow many positive reviews. I want to see all these shops win especially our new state-side shops. As someone who ordered, I will say I was not aware of the low inventory. We can't expect folks to see a general video but as businesses we will make mistakes and learn from them. Don't let the negativity stop you from doing what makes you happy on your page. Hope your move goes well!
