i think quad gave good advice for the specific map you were on, but for some maps the same play styles don't always work. that being said my peak is only gold and I don't really watch marvel rivals content so I don't know what high level gameplay looks like

u will FORVER have underperforming teamates the only way to rlly win games is to make up for their preformance w your preformance you have to be THAT much better to rank up u cant be a little bit better than ur elo is has to be a lot

my advice: stop listening to these content creators about off angling as of right now because your doing it at random times instead of learning when to actually take them. majority of your gameplay look should be front line as elsa especially your rank. you need to work on your mechanics like just simple things like aim you switch targets a ton and u have a lot of downtime where someone like elsa is about having consistent dps and your ult is your win con.
