now im confused, because I just had a nanoplasty done and they washed my hair with clarifying shampoo and rinsed out the product but did not wash my hair again after rinsing the product . I was also advised that I MUST use sulphate free shampoo 😏

Actually- I prefer clients to use a clarifying shampoo as I’m freelance. I ask them to wash with it so that way I know they have cleaned their hair from any excess leave in styling products. Not because they need to for the treatment. And you know I use your product so it’s def not always proof it’s a keratin solution being used 🤭😂. But I agree- I’ve had atleast 6 clients in the last month tell me they had Nano but their hair became brittle, dry and heavily damaged. Some got it done else where and some have been trying the viral “at home nanoplasty” from Amazon or where ever. 🤦🏻♀️I actually don’t treat them for a min of 6months if they’ve been somewhere else because I don’t want to be liable as I don’t know exactly what was used. 💞
