@thechaosdiaries: 👇Amsterdam Travel Guide 🇳🇱 We loved our first time exploring the gorgeous Amsterdam, and it’s a place I already want to travel back to; here’s a few recommendations to keep you busy in Amsterdam! Things to do 📚 Rijksmuseum - filled with Dutch art and history (and one of the most beautiful libraries I’ve ever seen!) 🚀 Blast Galaxy - pay €15 to enter this arcade and play unlimited games from the more vintage to the super modern! 🍃 Jordaan - super lovely area of Amsterdam filled with canals, cafes and cute shops 👫 Body Worlds - a human anatomy exhibit by the inventor of plastination Dr Gunther von Hagens 🚤 Canal cruise - an alternative way to see the city and can be lovely rain or shine! Places to eat 🥞 De Carrousel Pannenkoeken - a must visit place to try Dutch pancakes (Poffertjes), they are amazing with caramel 🧇 Stroopwafels - goes without saying really, we ate at least one fresh stroopwafel per day 🥘 Foodhallen - an indoor food market filled with a lot of amazing options, I really enjoyed trying bitterballen here! 🥧 Winkel 43 - super famous for their apple pie which is absolutely delightful! 🍜 Takumi Tonkotsu Ramen - Ramen is my favourite food and while it might not be dutch, this places was great and soooo comforting after a rainy day Day trips 💐 Keukenhof/tulip fields - obviously depending on the season, but if you’re visiting in spring a visit to the tulips is a must! 🏡 Zaandam - It’s famous for a really cool looking house/hotel and the neighbourhood of Zaanse Schans where you can see the windmills #amsterdamcentral #amsterdam_streets #amsterdamtrip #loveamsterdam #amsterdam #visitnetherlands #amsterdamcanals #discoveramsterdam #amsterdamlovers #gramthedam #europeancities #streetsofeurope #citytrips #europeandestinations #citiesofeurope #amsterdamlove #iloveamsterdam #bestcitiesofeurope #europetravels
