@hollfoodsbyholly: Meal Prep ≠ Boring Food You can eat this and hit your macros AND have a delish meal 🎉 Here’s the macros… (per serve) Calories = 540 Protein = 54g Carbs = 53g Fats = 10g What you need: - 600g chicken breast - 350ml salt reduced chicken stock - 220g Simply Wize GF Puff Pastry - 125g Protein Bega Cheese - 200g Cottage Cheese - 2 Leek - 1 white Onion (1 cup worth) - 30g GF plain flour - 1 cup frozen peas - Salt (pinch) - 1 light spray of olive oil Bonus: this recipe is also gluten free as I am Coeliac so feel free to swap if you would like to save $$$!! To re-heat just pop in the oven at 180C FF for 15-20 mins, I’m using @kmart australia glass containers and just take the lid off when heating up :) #glutenfree #winterfood #chickenpie #mealprep #highprotein
