KEBAP SPAGHETTI 🍝 (🇬🇧🇩🇪⤵️) ⸻ INGREDIENTS | ZUTATEN English 🇬🇧 Pasta •1 pack spaghetti Meat mixture •300 g ground beef •1 egg •50–60 g breadcrumbs •1 onion (grated) •2 cloves garlic (minced) •1 tsp salt •1 tsp black pepper •1 tsp cumin •1 tsp chili flakes Sauce •1 large onion (diced) •240 ml tomato sauce (or 2 grated tomatoes) •2 tbsp butter •1 tbsp pepper paste (or tomato paste) •salt •a pinch of cumin + chili flakes •water (just enough for the spaghetti to absorb) Deutsch 🇩🇪 Nudeln •1 Packung Spaghetti Köfte-Masse •300 g Hackfleisch •1 Ei •50–60 g Paniermehl •1 Zwiebel (gerieben) •2 Knoblauchzehen (gehackt) •1 TL Salz •1 TL schwarzer Pfeffer •1 TL Kreuzkümmel •1 TL Chiliflocken Soße •1 große Zwiebel (gewürfelt) •240 ml Tomatensauce (oder 2 geriebene Tomaten) •2 EL Butter •1 EL Paprikamark (oder Tomatenmark) •Salz •eine Prise Kreuzkümmel + Chiliflocken •Wasser (nur so viel, dass die Spaghetti es aufsaugen) ⸻ INSTRUCTIONS | ZUBEREITUNG English 🇬🇧 1️⃣ Mix meat ingredients until it holds together. 2️⃣ Break spaghetti in half (optional). Wrap small spaghetti bundles with the meat mix. 3️⃣ Lightly fry in a little oil until the outside is set. 4️⃣ Sauce: sauté onion in butter, add tomato sauce + paste + spices. Add a bit of water. 5️⃣ Add kebab spaghetti, cover and simmer on very low heat until pasta is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Deutsch 🇩🇪 1️⃣ Köfte-Masse verkneten, bis sie gut bindet. 2️⃣ Spaghetti optional halbieren. Kleine Bündel mit Hackmasse ummanteln. 3️⃣ In wenig Öl kurz anbraten, bis es außen fest wird. 4️⃣ Soße: Zwiebel in Butter anschwitzen, Tomatensauce + Mark + Gewürze dazu.
