@the.top.lifestyle: HIGH PROTEIN HARISSA SALAD Ingredients - 2 x 400g tinned corn - 1kg cherry tomatoes - 3 large capsicums - 4 x 400g tinned chickpeas - 600g smoked tofu - 450g Greek yoghurt - @alldressedupdressing harissa dressing - Seasoning Instructions 1. Roast chickpeas and tofu in the oven until crispy and let cool before adding to the salad. You can add any seasoning you like, we added some salt and pepper. 2. Chop tomatoes and capsicum and add to a large bowl. 3. Add corn, cooled chickpeas and tofu to the bowl. 4. To make the dressing add @All Dressed Up Dressings harissa dressing and Greek yoghurt, with salt and pepper. You can add some water to the Greek yoghurt to make it thinner and easier to mix. 5.
