you still need property to put it on. in America most home owners associations won't let you put it in the backyard if a standard home. most city laws won't let you buy a plot and park this on it. unless you go to the middle of nowhere in Louisiana (their homestead laws are the least awful) you might be able to buy a few hundred acres in the woods and live in this off grid but that point you might as well have a cabin.
