I reckon a lot of people are the same right! You do a big block, rest for a month or two and then you feel ready to take on another block. Cape Town would be amazing and it being a Major now 🙏

Oh man I’m in exactly the same boat! Feel like I’m just aimlessly plodding along now that London is a distant memory. Thinking of working towards a half this year and then a marathon next year. I’m in the ballot for Cape Town 2027 which would be a dream to run 🤞
