i just got mine out- you’ll be fine!!! i would say stick to liquid or softer foods for a bit, and don’t push yourself to eat foods you’re not comfortable with. also an ice wrap around my face saved me!!! and lots of naps haha!!!

Have mom or dad buy popcycles and ice cream. Heals fast! Yes there is some discomfort but with a little popcycle and a good movie you will be great! Be tough!
