@philsmypharmacist: People ask me all the time about magnesium and one of the first things I bring up is the form. Glycinate, citrate, malate, they’re all magnesium but they’re not the same. Each form behaves a little differently in the body, which is why the one you pick actually matters. The thing most people don’t realize is that a lot of magnesium supplements only include one or two forms, so you’re getting a narrow slice of the picture. That’s the reason I personally went with one that has all 7 forms in it.
