Better to know sooner than later, it’s just not an expectation to have them reaching for your glass of water any day you can’t move with an injury of flu whatever the case. Forget focusing on this mental health stuff, focus on today and the next day, rely on yourself.

Men need to be able to spend time decompressing regularly with other men. Sadly many women are so insecure they have to monitor every single move their partner makes. Indeed the feminists dictate that male only activities are somehow toxic and shouldn’t be allowed. As for some women using men’s struggles confided to them against the man at a later date then personally that appalls me; gentlemen walk away from that woman if it happens to you!

You get conflicting opinions because there are 2 types of women in this world just like there are 2 types of men. 1 type of woman is his cheerleader & falls harder for him due to his resilience & strength. Loves the vulnerability & connection & once he’s through celebrates his victory in overcoming the difficult chapter. The other yes lacks the emotional intelligence to champion him on his worst days. The same can be said for men. There are men that when the woman go through a difficult time they’re by their side & women feel safe, loved as he’s stoic with the right amount of care. Then the other type lack emotional intelligence & run off to easier as they don’t have the tools to step up & don’t like feeling inadequate or are too selfish to care. Ultimately though I believe our mental health is our own responsibility & whilst a loving supportive partner is the dream it’s just a bonus for those that have chosen a partner wisely.

anyone :
you say patriarchy doesnt exist and then give an example of an effect of patriarchy? women using information as power more often is a patriarchal construct for several reasons. also, despite the increased "success" rate for male suicide, the rate of attempt is similar between sexes because men tend to choose more violent methods, which is also an effect of patriarchy. it's a lot easier to un-eat 50 paracetamol than it is to reassemble your goo off the motorway.
